Inked! FINALLY!

Alright, I’ve finally gotten my first tattoos. Yes I did two tattoos at the same time, which I was soooo regretting when the woman who was doing the tattoo started on my second one after all the pain I’d just had from getting the first one but once it was all done it was totally worth it. Yes it was painful and no I didn’t actually scream or cry or even bitch about it. It was such a long type of pain that after a while you simply stop responding to it and just live with it. Of course once the needle was ticking on my collarbone and I could hear the ticking drumming through my skull, that was kinda the worst pain I’ve ever felt for that long but like I said; it was all worth it.

Yeah those were taken right after I could take off the plastic they put over the tattoos so there’s a bit of ink smudged here and there but at least I took care of the bloodstains right away. For a higher resolution you can just click on the images displayed in this post.

Now all I’ve gotta do is pay close attention to the aftercare of my tattoos. I’ve seen some messed up cases of infected tattoos and I really don’t want to wake up one morning and find myself all covered in blood, puss and ink. So yeah I’ll keep a close eye on that. The first week I’ve gotta put Vaseline on my tattoos every two hours. Yeah that’ll definitely start to fuck with my head as I tend to forget the most important things all the time. Also, I have to wash them twice a day for two weeks. After the initial two weeks are over I can relax and just wait and see. All I’ll have to do then is put on some Vaseline whenever I feel like that bit of skin is starting to hurt or refuses to stretch. And after eight weeks it should be fully healed. There ya go kids, I just taught you a little bit about aftercare for tattoos! Oh, and please don’t tell me I’ll regret this when I’m 80 years old and stuff like that because: A) I probably won’t even reach that age anyway, and B) as the tattoo has some meaning to it and some hidden stuff in it I think that even when the tattoo loses it’s flair by the time I’m 30, I’ll still look at it and think of the meaning behind the tattoo.

So I’ve basically got a reminder on my body that will remind me about how I was a few years back and how I am now, as well as what I wanted to do at this point in time. Trust me, it’s all hidden in there. So yeah please no “tattoo’s are bad” bullshit, I respect your opinion so please be so kind as to return the favor. I like tattoos. I love how they express someone’s inside on the outside. I love how they look, whatever it is that they look like. I don’t think they’re cool or hip, I think they’re a more serious extension of your looks. And I’m loving it already, and I haven’t even started any big tattoos yet! Did I not mention this before? I was kinda going for a full body tattoo. Yeah…

Finaly you got it done! ;)
They look pretty cool tbh :p I’ve actouly been thinking about getting one myself at some point, just a little one on the shoulder or something like that.

    Congratulations on the tatoos :p

Start going to the gym dude ;) because the tattoos will deform/strech if you build some muscle or just gain weight. Especially if you’re still obsessed with going to the French foreign legion, you’re bound to build some mass there if you can withstand the whole thing. I’m not really talking about the ones you just got, but if you’re going to get bigger ones in the future I would suggest it.

ps: I see something like a kanji symbol there, too lazy to check the meaning for now.

Oh yeah and gratz on getting it done.

Thx guys! I know that tattoos will deform in some places as your muscles get bigger and start stretching th skin the tattoos are on. Not the one’s I have right now, which is why I placed them up there. I will definitely work out more until I get a decent amount of muscle on me so I can sort of control the damage if I ever decide to keep on working out. Also that’s not a Kanji, it’s a Pi.

Yeah, I forgot to say that those two are in a good place regarding deformation and stretching. Lol I didn’t realize about the Pi sign, guess I was trying to make it too complex and didn’t give it a second taught.

    Horrible Tattoos, no offence.
I’ve got no problems with tattoos (I’ve got one on my back) but you look like an advert for a casino.
Why don’t you get “Oceans 13 Out Now On DVD” tattooed between the dice - earn a bit of pocket money for you.

Just looks really tacky. Not very subtle either.
Sorry but they really do look shit. Also any reasoning on the dice numbers. Just curious why both sides on each die have the numbers repeated. Ie 2 faces of 4 on the left or did you forget to take the dice from your Monopoly Junior board when you went to get your tatoo done.

I have to agree with Andy bro, they aren’t the greatest of tats, but its your body and I hope you realize ur stuck with em for life unless you pay for the surgery to remove em but they ur left with one nasty ass scar, but as long as your happy with em bro thats all that counts they are your tats after all, I’ll have to send you some pics of the 5 I have one day, anyways I’m out gotta head to work :S

Dudes they are small and not colored. I will color them and I’m like 30% into my backpiece, how’s that for size? Also, you could spend some extra money to get rid of those scars since that’s easily possible now. And if the tattooing hasn’t scarred you then neither will modern laser operations. But I’m not thinking of having them lasered, ever. I like ‘em because they were my first small tattoos, as soon as I get my chest a bit more pumped up I’ll get way bigger tattoos on the front as well. And I also have to get some curves on my arms in order to have some awesome sleeves done although right now I have no idea what I’d put on my sleeves, but that’s all stuff I’ll worry about later.
