Enemy Territory: Quake Wars - DEMO!

That’s right, it’s here. Initially I was really looking forward to this game but since 99% of the beta testers thought the game sucked ass I suddenly got a lot less excited…for some reason. I’m sorry about the late post but as I was posting last nigh, my provider just started doing some maintenance which causes my internet connection to stop working for a few hours. But here are some mirrors provided by EvilAvatar.

Enemy Territory: Quake Wars pits the armies of Earth against the invading alien Strogg in an online strategic shooter. Players choose to battle as one of five unique classes in either the EDF (Earth Defense Force — humans) or the barbaric alien Strogg armies.

I can’t understand, why people would say the beta sucked ass. I played Beta1+2 together with a friend and it was very funny.
Okay, the performance wasn’t very good but hey, it was a early beta! Last night i took a quick piek into the open beta demo and they really improved the performance.
I’m still looking forward to the release
Hmm, I might give it a shot sometime next month. Maybe. Right now I’m busy as fuck though.
Tried it out today and it’s pretty fun. Easy to get in to if you have any experience with games like Battlefield and such. Graphics are good and in the demo the pace is alot faster than for example Battlefield 2. I only tried it for an hour or so, but I’ll surely give it another go when I have time.
Cool cool. I’ll check it out this weekend or so.
I suggest anyone reading this to try out Lost Planet, it completely exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t get myself away from the computer for hours.
